Our Approach

We build your program around your soil data, not a catalog.

Standard fertilizer programs ignore most of what's happening in your soil. Ours doesn't. Here's how we work, and why.

The problem with NPK

A soil test has thirty numbers on it. Most programs read four.

Walk into most ag-retail offices with a soil test and you'll get a recommendation built around N, P, K, and pH. That's it. The other twenty-plus values get ignored, including the ones that actually explain why your yields plateau in year three, or why nitrogen efficiency dropped fifteen percent.

Cation exchange capacity tells us how much nutrient your soil can hold. Base saturation tells us whether calcium, magnesium, and potassium are competing for the same sites. Micronutrients (zinc, boron, manganese, copper) tell us whether the plant can actually use what you applied. Organic matter and biological indicators tell us whether your soil is mobile enough to deliver it.

A program that doesn't read those numbers can't read your farm.

How we work

Four steps, repeated every season.

01

We read the whole soil test

Every value on the report, not just the macros. We look at the relationships between numbers (Ca:Mg ratio, base saturation balance, micronutrient availability vs. pH) because that's where the real story is.

02

We talk to the operator

Soil data doesn't tell us your rotation, your equipment, your labor, or your goals. Our agronomists ask. Recommendations that don't fit your operation aren't recommendations. They're sales pitches.

03

We build a custom program

Specific products. Specific rates. Specific timing. Tied to your soil, your crop, your acres, your yield target. We can defend every line of it with data.

04

We measure and adjust

We track results across seasons: soil tests, tissue tests, yield data, ROI. Programs evolve as your soil and your operation evolve. This is a partnership, not a one-shot sale.

How we're different

Compared with a standard fertilizer program.

What we look at Standard program AgriTec
pH and NPK Yes Yes, table stakes
CEC and base saturation balance Sometimes Always
Ca:Mg ratio Rarely Always
Micronutrient panel If asked Always
Organic matter and biology No Always
Recommendation tied to your yield goal Generic Specific
On-farm trials backing the recommendation No Yes, and we share the data
Year-over-year adjustment Sell again next spring Tracked and tuned
