Soybeans

AgriTec System · Row crop

Soybeans.

Pods that fill. Tests that prove it.

Soybeans are nitrogen-fixing, but they still need balanced phosphate, potash, and the right micros to push every pod to fill. The Alcorn State soybean trials with AgriTec showed full-program yields up to 65 bu/ac on average soil. Our soy system focuses on calcium foundation, orthophosphate P-K, and boron for pod fill.

"We applied 3 gallons of Advanced-Cal per acre to 200 acres of beans. As soon as we started running the combine we were blown away. We averaged 86–89 bushels per acre, where the most we have ever gotten in previous years was 45–50. I need to order more, and my friends want to order too."

"My historical bean average has been 42 bu/ac. I applied your program — 4 gal 3-18-18 and 3 gal Advance-Cal per acre — and this year we got 72 bu per acre."

"Rob, the top is my control and the bottom is with 2.5 gal Advance-Cal + 1.5 gal Nitro-Maxx+ + 16 oz Foliar-Act. I gained over 15 bushels per acre of beans."

02 / The growth plan

From emergence to harvest: one plan, stage by stage.

The whole soybeans season up top, then the general program below. Every pass is shown at the exact stage it targets, so the picture and the plan line up.

This is a general roadmap, not an exact prescription for your farm. No two fields, soil tests, planting dates, or seasons line up the same way, so your stages, rates, and timing will differ. Treat the timeline below as the shape of the program; we size the exact stack and pin every pass to your soil test and your acres.

  1. Soybeans at Pre-plant
    Pre-plant Pre-plant

    Pro-Cal

    2–5 gal/ac

Sets pH and calcium base saturation. Soybean nodes form better on balanced soils.

  2. Soybeans at VE · Planting

    YieldMaker + 3-18-18+

    1 qt + 5–7 gal/ac

Orthophosphate P-K immediately available, with YieldMaker's micronutrient and kelp package alongside it. Drives nodulation and early vigor.

  3. Soybeans at V4–V6
    V4–V6 Mid-vegetative

    YieldMaker

    1 qt/ac

Kelp + micro boost during V4–V6.

  4. Soybeans at R1–R3 · Flower & pod

    BoroLift

    1 gal/ac

Boron critical for pod set. Apply foliar at first flower.

What's driving the response

Calcium & base saturation

Soybeans set yield in the nodes; calcium-saturated soils set more nodes. Pro-Cal raises Ca base sat without the lime lag.

Orthophosphate P + K

3-18-18+ is built for legumes: immediately-available P and K with a built-in bio-activator. P drives nodulation and pod count.

Boron at flowering

Boron defends pod fill. Below 0.5 ppm, beans abort at the node. BoroLift delivers 3× the tissue availability of standard boron.

Biology + tissue feed

YieldMaker through R3–R5 keeps photosynthesis and nutrient transport peaked when the plant is finishing pods.
