Return policy

The short version

• 30-day window. Returns must be started within 30 days of delivery.
• Unopened product only. Opened containers can't be returned.
• 15% restocking fee. Returned product is refunded at its purchase price minus 15%.
• You pay shipping both ways. The original freight to you is not refunded, and return freight back to AgriTec is paid by the customer.
• Send us the tracking number. We need the return shipment's tracking number before we can process your refund.

How to start a return

Call (833) 247-4832 or email info@agritecint.com with your name and order details before shipping anything back. We'll confirm where to send it.

Once it ships, email the return tracking number to info@agritecint.com.

Refunds

Once the returned product arrives, we refund the purchase price minus the 15% restocking fee to the payment method you used.

Example: you return $1,000 of product. The restocking fee is $150, so $850 is refunded. Freight to you and freight back to us are not covered.
