Soil & tissue samples

Send us the data we need. Get a custom program back.

Every AgriTec program starts with a real soil read. We read every parameter on your test, not just N-P-K, and write a program built around your soil's actual limits. The advice is always free.

Order test kits

Order your soil + tissue tests.

Pick your kits and add them to your cart. An AgriTec agronomist confirms every order before it ships, the agronomy read is always free — and on product orders above $300, the soil test itself is free on request.

Soil test

$30 per test

Full 14-number soil panel: pH, base saturation, macros, and micros. We read every number and write the program.

Tissue test

$75 each

In-season tissue analysis tied to your growth stage. Confirms what the crop is actually taking up before a foliar pass.

Order total $0

Soil sampling

Four steps. No fee.

We don't run the lab. Your soil test goes to an independent lab. We READ the report and write the program, built on your numbers, not ours.

01

Take the sample

0–6" probe depth for row crops, 0–3" for hay/pasture. 15–20 cores per 20 acres. Mix in a clean bucket, fill the lab bag. Take one sample per management zone, not per field.

02

Send it to your lab

A soil test is $30 a test — and free on request with orders above $300. Order a kit above, or use Midwest Labs, Waters Ag Labs, or whoever your dealer recommends. We read every panel, whichever lab runs it.

03

Upload or send the report

Drop the PDF in the calculator upload tool, email info@agritecint.com, or mail/text us a photo. We'll have it logged within a business day.

We send the program

Custom protocol within 2–4 business days. Products + rates + timing, sized to your acres. Often three tier options (good / better / best). No charge.

Tissue sampling

Mid-season truth. From the leaf.

Soil tells you what's available. Tissue tells you what the plant actually got. When yield isn't tracking the program, or when you want to push the program further, tissue closes the loop.

01

Time it right

Corn: V6–V8 for early read; VT–R2 for grain-fill push. Soybeans: R1–R3. Wheat: jointing through boot stage. Forage: regrowth, 4–6" tall.

02

Sample the right tissue

Most-recently-fully-developed leaf. Pull from 15–20 plants across the field. Avoid edges, replants, and stressed spots. You want the field average, not the outlier.

03

Send to the lab

Same labs we use for soil testing. Tissue sampling is $75 each. Order below. Results back in 5–7 business days. Send us the report the same way.

04

Foliar adjustment

If tissue flags a real shortage (boron, zinc, manganese, etc.), we'll write a foliar pass that lands during the right growth stage. If tissue says you're fine, we'll tell you to skip it.

Questions

What growers ask most often.

How often should I soil test?

Every year, per management zone. Soil values change more than most growers expect — a heavy harvest, a wet winter, or a manure pass can move them dramatically inside a single season. An annual test keeps the program matched to what's actually in the ground, and the cost-per-acre is trivial next to a mis-prescribed program.

Fall sampling vs. spring sampling: does it matter?

No — sample whenever it fits your operation. One note on timing that does matter: our calcium works the same no matter when you apply it, but the ground needs to be at least 60°F. Below that, the soil microbes that put it to work are dormant.

Should I sample per field or per zone?

Per management zone. A 'field' is an administrative boundary; soil doesn't care about fences. If a field has clearly different soil types, slope, drainage, or yield history, sample each as its own zone. The program will be cleaner.

What if my last soil test is old?

Send it — we'll read it and use it for the trend. But soil values DO change quite dramatically from season to season, so if the test is more than a year old, plan on pulling a fresh one before the program goes down. We'll flag exactly which numbers we don't trust anymore.

Do you sell soil kits?

Yes. Order a kit right on this page — we'll get it to you with everything you need to pull the sample and get it to the lab. Any independent lab's report works too; we read every panel, whichever lab runs it.

Is the soil-test review actually free?

Yes — the review and the program we write from it cost you nothing. And on orders above $300, we'll include the soil test itself free on request. When our products fit your soil, we'll say so. When they don't, we'll route you to what does.
