The breakdown
What happened, measurement by measurement.
Every chart below is transcribed from the report you can open above. Green means the AgriTec program won the measure outright; grey means it came in statistically even, which on a quality measure is the result you want — the yield came without a give-back.
Harvest weight per plot
The scale confirms the yield separation.
Gross value of the +9.7 bu gain
What the yield gain is worth per acre at the elevator.
Test weight
No quality give-back for the extra bushels.
Stand, 14 days after emergence
Same starting population in every plot.
Everything else that was measured
Including the measurements that did not move. A trial that only reports what improved isn't a trial.

What the report says
- Calcium was the common thread: all three programs that led with 4 gal/ac calcium at planting finished in the top statistical group.
- Potash alone did not separate. The 0-0-30 program without calcium (+1.2 bu) was not statistically different from the untreated check.
- Stand counts were statistically identical at roughly 116,000 to 119,000 plants/ac, so the response was not a population effect.
- Treatment 4 returned +7.3 bu/ac on just 10 gal/ac of product across the season.
- Every treated program used the same three application windows: a PRE pass at planting, a V1 to V3 pass, and an R5 pass.
Trial notes & scope
- Only differences larger than the LSD of 5.86 bu/ac are real. Means sharing a letter do not differ statistically.
- Test weight, moisture and stand showed no treatment effect.
- Gross value per acre figures in the report are before product cost, at example bean prices.
- Single site, single season.
